Insulating glass automatic sealing line
Automatic and continuous sealing of rectangular insulating glass units of various sizes, offering high efficiency and stable sealing performance. It is equipped with a dual independent sealant supply system (pump and mixing device). The finished insulating glass unit (IGU) can be stored in either the first or third section, enhancing operational continuity and boosting production efficiency. Edge and corner sealing is completely bubble-free, providing full coverage with no manual trimming required. It features a servo control system as well as a precise timing belt drive to ensure stable and clean glass conveyance.
